MAGGIE ADAMS RETURN POLICY

We want you to love every purchase from Maggie Adams.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free from odors or damage, and have original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds based on the condition of the item.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Regular-priced merchandise may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase. We do not make refunds on any purchases… store credit only.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sale and clearance merchandise
• Jewelry and accessories
• Intimate apparel and bodysuits
• Special orders and personalized items
• Gift cards

ONLINE ORDERS

Online purchases must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of your order (7 day window begins the day tracking shows the order's status as delivered). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return will be returned to original payment method.

Maggie Adams reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
